  1. 15-Minute Intro Call (free): Let's chat! We'll discuss your goals, answer any initial questions, and determine if I`m a good fit for your nutrition and health needs.

  2. Complete an Intake Form: Fill out a simple but detailed intake form to provide insights into your medical history, eating habits, lifestyle, and preferences. This helps me understand your unique needs and will save time during our first consultation.

  3. Initial Consultation: During our personalised 60 minute session, online or in-person, we'll dig deeper into your health with a thorough and holistic assessment of your diet, lifestyle, body systems and medical history. We will uncover personal needs and challenges, and set the foundation for your tailored nutrition plan.

  4. Personalised Nutrition Plan: Based on our consultation, I'll create a practical and sustainable nutrition plan, tailored to your needs. It will align with your goals, dietary requirements, and lifestyle.

  5. Ongoing Support and Guidance: We'll have regular 30-minute follow-up sessions, online or in-person, to track your progress, address any concerns, and provide the motivation and accountability you need to stay on track. The frequency will be agreed during the first consultation.

  6. Continuous Support between Consultations: I'll be here for you! You`ll be able to reach out via email or messaging for timely support, guidance, and answers to your questions throughout your journey.
