I’m an accredited Clinical Nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine) with an interest in helping busy people reclaim their best health and a special expertise in Women’s Health.

Born & raised in Milan, Italy, I’m a big proponent of the Mediterranean Diet and a firm believer that food is the cheapest and most effective daily medicine.

I’m based in Sydney and I work with Australian and International clients, in English or Italian, offering 1-1 online and in person consultations at my Thirroul clinic. I also collaborate with organisations to improve the health of executives and staff. Having worked in the Corporate environment for 15 years, I understand the nutrition and health struggles that come with a busy lifestyle.

I have a holistic approach to nutrition: diet, lifestyle, psychological and environmental factors never go underestimated! My goal is to get to the root cause of your health issues to achieve long-lasting results rather than finding quick fixes.

My practice is a mix of the latest scientific evidence, traditional knowledge and practical experiences to come up with the optimal treatment plan to suits your own individual needs and goals.

My priority is to team up with you to find simple, actionable strategies that can fit into your busy lifestyle and make you achieve your desired outcome. You can expect an energetic consult, a laugh or 2 and a clear roadmap to start improving your health from day 1. I give you ongoing support to make sure you’re on the right track in your health journey and to set you up for success.

Being a Clinical Nutritionist, I have experience in managing different health conditions, such as weight concerns, metabolic disorders, digestive issues, nutritional deficiencies, fatigue and I am particularly passionate about Women’s Health problems.

I love teaching people the why behind my advice and how to achieve balance and optimal nourishment for a healthier, happier life without compromising the pleasure of food.
